Orbital Super

Orbital Notation? Electronic configuration?
With all the swine flu and strep and fever going around, I missed a day very important science class where we learned Electronic configuration and orbital notation. I asked the teacher, but I still do not really understand. If someone can give me a detailed and easy to understand guide to electronic configuration. I already read online arcticles then copy and paste is not really going to help much, but I have a test on this tomorrow and I know I would have not put out so far, but I need someone to help me OUT. I'm in Grade 8 Science Pre-AP, but it is not an easy version of Orbital notation for embarking on it, it's hardcore and evil means Orbital Notation. I'll be super super grateful to who helps me.
Take orbitals first time since it is impossible to tell the orbit of the electron, the scientist said the orbitals orbitals of the atoms are all the space around where nucleaus possibility of finding a driven electronic is more than 95% there are basically 4 s orbitals namely, p, d, f. learn the names. s-orbital can accommodate 2 electrons, p is 6, 10 and f 14 D can not, electonic configuration tells the arrangement of electrons tanks in the former EC atom is 1s ² 1 here is the principle quantum number (n) s is present in 1 St 2 orbital shell superscript is the number electrons, the electrons are filled according to Hund's rule of rule and principle Pauli exclusion rules ar easy to understand in books
