Slab Very

Is it possible to grow grass on a concrete slab?
Stupid question perhaps, but I wonder if it is possible to grow grass on a concrete slab? Details: I live in Baltimore City and have a very small and unattractive concrete slab deck (closed by a fence) behind my rowhome. The concrete slab has a border of concrete of about 7 inches higher than the same panel. Note: It is not possible / affordable to break the concrete and start from scratch. I was wondering if there is a way to make a shallow amount of soil and roll the turf grass him? Artificial turf is my only option?
course you can! Just throw about 4 inches of soil on top of it. If you put the grass, just water travel on water and about 2-3 times a day for about two weeks. If you put seeds, put it down, put some seed cover and water for 3 times day for about five minutes each time .. then water again after the seed lots
